Sixty-three-year old Susan Long lost her life after she was struck by a vehicle while she was crossing the 1200 block of Florida Street. The driver had no insurance and a suspended license.

The accident occurred on Wednesday, April 29th.

According to the police, Long was crossing the street on a scooter sometime before 8:30 a.m. when she was hit by the car.
